We have planned with great care to be able to give you the maximum value for money. Once you have commissioned Mallorca Weddings to plan your wedding for you, we are at your complete disposal.

Choosing your Mallorca Wedding
Most hotels will not accept a booking for a large group for less than four nights. This is usually compatible with flight arrangements too. The hotels offer special 'closed rates' for the hiring of the whole hotel for one wedding group, which is an added bonus. If you are a very small party, up to ten or so, these will not apply of course.
Each of our packages has been planned for the bride and groom and 20 guests (22 in total). We appreciate that some will have more or less guests. But this is an average, and you can adjust. If your guests are paying for themselves, and if they stay at the same hotel we can get a better rate and you will have the whole hotel and reception just for your exclusive use! Our packages are guaranteed to be excellent value for money, with none of the corner-cutting often used in packages. Individual requirements will be adjusted for and the service is personal and individual.
Each Mallorca package includes the following:
Hotel accomodation including breakfast and IVA tax for four nights
Transfers to and from the airport
Reception venue of your choice
Transport to Church and reception venue
Wedding ceremony with appropriate minister (Roman Catholic or Anglican) to officiate at a venue of
your choice [other denominations & non-denominational weddings can also be arranged - please contact us]
All legalities and paperwork, translations and courier to Mallorca
Flowers for church, reception, bride's bouquet, buttonholes
Photography
Mallorcan style wedding cake (others available)
Evening buffet and dance with entertainment
The following is a rough guide to the prices that are built into each package:
Flowers 600 euros minimum for a nice display plus bouquets
Photography 2000-3000 euros (Red Max)
Reception 55 euros to 125 euros per person depending on venue, menu and wines (see packages below)
Car Hire 17 euros to 50 euros per day depending on type and conditions
Then there are optional extras, such as music, entertainment, wedding favours, real floral confetti and excursions. We are now able to offer Honeymoon Cruises too.
And in collaboration with an Italian design group, we offer a very special wedding book, which is a professionally designed and printed book of your wedding, instead of the traditional pictures in an album.
Receptions are based around the mid-range menus offered, and you can of course take the lower rate or the higher rate listed against the total price range.

We have created five packages. This means if you are on a tight budget, you can probably get your entire wedding in Mallorca, including dress and invitations etc for around *£10,000 - well below the UK national average. And if your guests pay for their own accommodation at the same hotel, your costs come right down.
