This lovely 17th century hotel is on the East coast, and close to unspoilt beaches. Our finest hotel in this category, with stunning rooms and a friendly ambience. It has both indoor and outdoor pools. Porto Cristo is a bustling harbour town with many fine small restaurants and bars. The Church for this hotel is perched high above the town, and when the doors are open, it appears as if you are right on the sea (which you are not!) For non-Roman Catholic weddings we can arrange a church or the hotel for your wedding if you prefer.

The caves of Ham and Drach are close by and are something not to be missed with the lumiere concert on the underground lake. We arrange for you to have the 'royal' enclosure for your visit! This hotel does not have set menus, and you can discuss your reception with the proprietors.

Hotel A2

Our second hotel in this group is a find. Not listed on tourism pages, it is a discreet family hotel, a manor farm, still in the hands of its old noble family. They still farm hundreds of luscious fruit trees in fact. Set in a village square, you walk into the courtyard from the church square, but once out the back, there before you are gardens, and fields and mountains as far as the eye can see, with not another building in sight! A peaceful and beautiful setting. The pool is naturally salinated so there is no need for destructive chemicals.

The gardens are a special feature of this hotel, and concerts are held here, as well as evening buffets and dances. As a feature for your wedding we can arrange a concert for around €400 (euros) plus a buffet for between €25-€45 (euros) per head.

It sleeps 18 people in 8 rooms and suites.

Hotel A3

This hotel is high in the Tramuntana mountains - even on a winter's day it is spectacular - as one of our pictures shows! A Manorhouse dating from the 16th century, it boasts a beautiful chapel, which can be used for all non-Roman Catholic weddings. This hotel has the advantage of a cheaper hotel in the village to take guests who don't want Grade A quality and price! (See Hotel 1 Group D)

Well positioned for most places along the Valldemossa/Soller coast, this hotel has an exquisite menu choice for buffets and receptions. Many of the rooms have private terraces looking out to the mountains. There are three dining areas; the one we have chosen here is the lovely half circle room with views of the mountains.

There is a choice of churches for this hotel! The parish church in the village, and the two famous churches, Deia, and Galileo - a drive of about twenty minutes to each. The roads are steep but these churches have stunning mountaintop views. Galileo especially has a huge courtyard where you can let your guests wander around, and a parish bar which can serve refreshments whilst your guests wait for you!
